James N. Keddis
James was born and raised in New Jersey. He graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, then moved to San Diego, California to complete his Juris Doctorate at California Western School of Law. He interned with the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) in Washington, DC and with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Phoenix, Arizona. He has worked in private practice in Arizona and Oregon for several years and was an Arizona Assistant Attorney General for almost three years representing Child Protective Services. He started Keddis Law Office, LLC in 2012.
As a managing attorney of Keddis Law Office, LLC, James focuses on family law, employment law, and general civil law.
Raised on a farm in western North Dakota, Maria earned Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Bachelor of Arts in Honors, and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of North Dakota. While in law school, she volunteered with the tribal prosecutor for the Swinomish tribe in Washington and attended summer school at Seattle University School of Law and University of Oslo in Norway. She became licensed to practice law in Arizona in 2006. She practiced with estate planning and general civil firms for a few years before she became an assistant city attorney for Bullhead City, Arizona for four years. She was licensed in Oregon in early 2012 and was the environmental planner for the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians in Siletz, Oregon before joining the Keddis Law Office, LLC full time in 2014.
